While Paryaya Sustainables, its affiliates or vendors strives to provide accurate products, services and pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product or service information, Paryaya Sustainables may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Paryaya Sustainables will have the right to modify the price of the product or service and contact you for further instructions via e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If Paryaya Sustainables cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made as per the Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping & Delivery:

Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Paryaya Sustainables before you can proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address, which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Paryaya Sustainables, in such cases Paryaya Sustainables will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

Paryaya Sustainables do deliver items internationally. However, this service is not available for direct online ordering as of today. Customers would need to write to us at our support email with item specifications and quantities after which the order will be processed offline.

In case you book multiple items in one order, Paryaya Sustainables would endeavour to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If you purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship Products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Termination:

Paryaya Sustainables may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms or anyway otherwise acted unethically.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy:

Thanks for shopping at www.paryaya.co.in , If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products are only eligible for refunds/return/exchange only if they’re not tampered, failing to do so will lead to the product getting damaged and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Paryaya Sustainables Private Limited upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid). You need to keep the products ready so our delivery boys can get them collected. We will call and let you know when the next pick up will take place.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days.

Shipping and Delivery policy

The standard ground mail service is shipped via Swift/BlueDart/Aramex/Ecom/IndiaPost/Delhivery/Professional/SpeedPost/. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours on normal days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

Delivery in maximum 30 days your orders will be delivered unless delivery attempts exceed or issues at the delivery partner’s end.
